Assistant Project Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager
whose background clearly demonstrates an ability to successfully
direct all business and development facets in a custom homebuilding
environment.
The Assistant Project Manager will gradually
assume Profit & Loss responsibility, participate in overseeing
new home construction, and also participate in sales and marketing
operations.
Qualifications: At least two
years of experience in a production or custom homebuilding setting.
A graduate degree or bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction
Management, or a related field is required, as is a highly developed
business sense; sales experience is a plus. A passion for our
customers’ ultimate satisfaction is a must.

Accountant – Support Services
We are looking for an individual whose background
clearly demonstrates an ability to coordinate the back-office
systems and processes to support the project managers. This individual
will also act as a liaison for subcontractors and vendors.
Qualifications: Excellent working
knowledge of all Microsoft Office software. Familiarity with
QuickBooks accounting software is a must. Prior experience in
the building industry is a plus. Basic accounting skills required.
